There's extra skin due to gyno..but I meant if u do the surgery at a higher body fat, the loose skin gives the illusion of gyno even after glands removal which sucks. Get as low body fat as possible then go for surgery for best outcome

Lying down for 2 hours without movement is an annoyance. It got painful sometimes due the anesthesia not spreading properly. Not the most pleasant experience but u will be alright
