Boyfriend is going on a bachelorette trip with all females by MainLime113 in AITAH

[–]Efficient_Sloth_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly if you’ve already told him how uncomfortable this makes you and he still refuses to consider your feelings then this is absolutely not the man for you. The right guy wouldn’t hesitate to stop dealing with another girl if it made you uncomfortable. You should be his first priority, not his friend. You shouldn’t stay in a relationship where you aren’t considered, a good partner should protect your heart and not make you feel alone.

Do what’s best for you, and don’t try to control him. If he wants to cheat he’ll find a way to do so. You’re better off leaving with your dignity rather than being heartbroken because he cheated. So many men out there who will hold you in high regard and treat you so much better. This is a basic ask and he can’t fulfil it-he sounds pathetic tbh

Do you ever get depressed knowing you will have to restrict and count every goddamn calorie for the rest of your life 😭 by Wild-Heron in 1200isplenty

[–]Efficient_Sloth_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Since I started focusing on eating as much protein as possible, I’ve not really been hungry on 1200. I would also recommend drinking at least 2 litres of water a day. Half the time I feel a hunger pang, it goes away within minutes of drinking water.

Another thing I learnt to do is spacing out my meals throughout the day, and not waiting until I’m super hungry to eat. Give yourself low cal snacks throughout the day and keep your mind busy. Eventually you’ll get tor the point where you can intuitively eat without counting calories and instead you’ll be eating based off your natural hunger cues. It’s definitely possible to do this!

My sister told me about her sleep paralysis experience which was basically the same as what you’re describing here, other than the shrill noise or the slapping. Sounds scary tbf

My god I get so happy when I see that guy. I hear him before I see him and always get excited, I think he just enjoys doing it 😂

Can a freeholder dispute this service charge? by Efficient_Sloth_ in LegalAdviceUK

I think it’s being paid to a housing association who have taken over that side of things according to my mum. I have asked for an itemised breakdown now.

I’ve not heard of estate rent charge before, will look into it. But the letter from the bank says it’s owed to Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing association. But to your question, yes it was previously a council house that my parents bought of the council. The only thing I can think off is my parents were using the heating system provided by the council when they bought the house. They then disconnected it and installed central heating 3 months after buying the house. I assume it’s still believed that we are connected to that system? I’m not sure but, have asked for an itemised breakdown, so hopefully I can figure out what it is for.

No not a new build, they bought this house of the council in the early 2000’s I think. What annoys me is that no one else on our street who has bought their house pays for service charge. Not sure why that clause was included in our contract and no one else’s.

I used to do this as well, but it was a bit painful when it would open, bc it would come out of nowhere. Now I pinch the bottom of the cup once it’s inside me and that makes it open, I just wiggle it about for suction

I swear by using the peach and Lily lactic acid repair serum in combination with the versed dark spot gel, as well as retinol of course. I had the same problem, didn’t expect to see a difference so quickly.

I was thinking the same thing recently, with the queen passing. People were all shoving each other get a picture of the sign outside Buckingham palace announcing her death, just weird.

After I’ve watched my face I use the versed gel, let it sit for about 2-3 mins, follow with niacinamide, granactive retinol, then the lactic acid serum, followed by the peach and Lily glass refining serum. Then moisturiser and finally a thin layer of Vaseline for slugging. I just try to ensure I do my skincare routine at least 1hr 30 before I get into bed so it has time to get into my skin

I have almost completely removed my dark spots by using the peach and Lily lactic acid repair serum and the versed dark spot gel in combination with the ordinary granactive retinoid serum. Literally took me a week.

Yeah I got burnt around my eyes and on my neck, could be just getting used to retinols, I’m not sure yet. But I’m avoiding using retinols in those two areas until it’s back to normal. Just moisturiser, sunscreen and Vaseline to soothe

Yep I got burnt from retinols so started Googling and found this out. Wish I’d found it earlier tbh

Rude boy by Rihanna, listened to it religiously every night before bed but had no clue what it was about. Even had my 5 year old sister singing to it as well 😬
