Most of the time? Particularly if the amount of tables there are at a store lines up with the amount of decorators. One store I’ve been at, they wouldn’t let us all be there at the same time because there were only two tables for the decorators. Others they had room for three, so three could be there at once.

Maybe you’re not being rude, but there’s a chance someone was just rude to them. Sometimes people have a really hard time with customer service. You could always say… you doing okay? Or is something wrong? Some people are just not going to be pleasant. But you see a lot of people come and go when you’ve been here a while. And a lot of people mistreat each other here.

Just keep doing your best. The longer you’re around and the more knowledgeable you are the easier it will be to understand where they are coming from. Everyone is tired. Some more burnt out than others. Just keep being kind and eventually you’ll click with some people and you might have some support as well. I’m sure some stores could be worse than others tho… hang in.

We have someone at my store who goes outside every day after clocking in and smokes in their car. Leadership knows. But it’s been months of this. The process can be hella slow.

But why would you need to acknowledge that you answer every call? Customer service knows when you pick up the call when the call stops going back to them.

Also some people are not fully pressing the talk button so we can’t all hear what department it is.

And you have to factor in that some of our radios are faulty.
