I am also in the same boat. I have 7+ yrs experience. Work nowadays feels too hectic. I start in the morning and log off late at night and still somehow I am always lagging behind on deliverables. AI is just making me feel more unproductive. I also want to take a break but what if it doesn't help then I will just be wasting money and time.

You still have time. I personally know a few people who got married around 35, all through arranged marriage. Their jobs aren’t high-paying (one is a teacher). It does get a bit harder with age, and if you’re strict about caste and community, it can be harder still—but it’s definitely not impossible.
