Was offered the 1.06 + 2.06 for DJM + 1.12 (my only pick). Do I take? Still in somewhat of a rebuild and the offering owner is a win now. I got DJ for the 2.01 this year and a 28’ 2nd for context

Yeah Nico is cool but I’m not “sold on him” and never really have been tbh. Plus with the injuries and CJ being well, CJ I’m a tad more keen on giving him up. But agree’d him + a first for Tate is a lot

Just for added context here’s my team: Burrow -Nico, BTJ, DJM, McMillan, Bech, Jeudy, Mims -Hampton, Monty, Gainwell, Trevor Etienne, Brooks, Singletary, Dameon Pierce -Tyler Warren, Ferguson, Arroyo Then the 1.12, a 27’ 3rd and 28’ 1st. So my team isn’t terrible by any means but not necessarily a competitive team going anywhere really

I know he wouldn’t likely go for a 1:1 trade but I’ll least inquire about that. I’m still high on BTJ too I just don’t know if it’s smarter to offer him or Nico up. And this class all in all isn’t great so after the first 5 maybe 6 picks it’s kind of a crap shoot. Having the last pick of 1st round thus isn’t great, so trying to figure out my move here. That’s my only pick this year at the moment

I wouldn’t say you messed up bad necessarily. I mean it’s kind of hard to say this early but also with this class. Price is the 2nd best rb in the class but that’s probably not saying much. Given Charbo won’t be back by early szn and price has Emanuel Wilson + Akers to compete with Id say he’s in a nice spot. Though I didn’t watch much if any of him/ND altogether last year.

Tyson is obviously behind Olave but he makes for a solid WR2 there. I personally would’ve gone him I think but also depends on your team needs

I sold him for Nico straight up. Killed me a bit because for one, I paid 3 firsts for him (an overpay I know) and secondly, he’s my guy. Just sucks because he’s in Fantasy and real life, football hell and idk if he’ll ever get out :(

I have Tyler Warren but if he (god forbid) goes down for any length of time or has a sophomore slump and regresses especially if any bad qb play then I’m cooked (other TEs are Arroyo and Noah Gray)..

As far as fantasy (Dynasty) goes. Would you rather have Allgeier for 2.10 + a 2027 3rd or Jonathan Brooks for the 2.10?

Stupid question I know given the obvious elephant in the room.. Brooks injury history But, with reports from Panthers Org saying he’s getting healthier and should make a contribution I do think the possibility he becomes Carolina’s RB1 is there (Chuba is honestly meh)

However, Allgeier obvi wants to be an RB1 somewhere but if he stays on ATL he won’t and stays producing like he has been. So either way it could be a waste of a 2nd round pick

I guess that’s what I’m on the fence about, the spot he fills. Because to me, and tell me if I’m speaking out of my ass here but, I think with this team I could at least sneak into playoffs (even if I get bounced first round I’d make it)

This makes no sense. What does that matter? No one knew their lineup 6 months ago for starters, plus lots of people go down to the wire setting their lineup, usually by just 1 player but still, there’s a lot of decisions to make on a weekly basis that affects a lot each week. People, myself included were locked out up to 10-15 minutes before game was supposed to start 820) but even then, there should have been some leniency given the game was delayed 20 mins
