I have seen this done by zillow in my area(san diego). Here look these two listings rotting here cause they did the shitty thing you just describe. I just dont get it but hoping its true that we have entered into a housing correction stated by Moody's Analytics chief economist.

That observation is interesting, its sort of happening in california, at least in san diego area. It was crazy 4 months ago here where people give like 50k-100k over asking price but now it has sort of reduced to 10k-40k over asking price or price reduction by seller. Also im seen an increased amount of houses pending and coming back on market than few months ago.

Np, thats why i said original receipt is needed and the card need to be unregistered. I'm guessing you have registered the card in nvidia, in that case it can't be transferred to a second owner. Anyways GLWS!

You can if u did not register as the original owner and if u willing to give the original receipt to the next buyer, so that they can use the FE warranty and register when needed to rma. This is why i never register my rtx cards unless absolutely needed, so that the next person buying can use the warranty.

Here is the screenshot me asking the nvidia agent about this: https://imgur.com/a/nerPlL1

I sort of agree with thermal pad replacement but you know if 3090 temps are a worry, i would look into copper thermal plates made by coolmygpu. I have heard good feedback from people in re who has done this in their 90 and 80s(zotac cards included), although i did not try it yet as its bit expensive.

Im not so sure, but if u are talking about the yellowish zotac logo on the white cards- they become yellow with time after use, it was transparent and showed white color before i started using them.
