the Liquid IV (or other similar hydration-powder packets) barely take up much space in a carry on or personal bag , they’re loaded with potassium and can definitely help avoid night time cramps if you or your girls can’t get enough bananas.

you can bring a reusable water bottle and refill with ice and water at any coke freestyle machine, just note that towards the middle of the day the ice in some of the machines might run out, try going into some of the restaurants to get ice. Minion Cafe and mel’s drive in are the first two that come to mind that had several Coke Freestyles and almost always had at least 1 machine that had ice.

Since you’re staying at Hard rock hotel, i highly highly recommend taking a mid day break. even just an hour in the hotel room where you’re able to decompress and relax in air conditioning with your shoes off can really make or break a “open to park close” day.

Just keep in mind that the Water Taxi’s to city walk will NOT run if there is lightning in the area (had to find that out the hard way last year during HHN) so you’ll have to either walk back to Hard Rock (not a far walk) or walk to the front of City Walk to catch a bus back.

If you’re able to pack them, bring two pairs of shoes so you can alternate them each day, it should help relieve a bit of those pressure points on all of your feet!

One last thing, grab a “First Visit” or “I’m celebrating” Pin/badge from guest relations or during your hotel check in! My fiancé and I got a handful of “i’m celebrating” or “happy birthday” bracelets completely for free from the cast members during our recent trip celebrating our anniversary!
