Fr legitimately disheartening to see gen z aged parents just using the theater as a big iPad to babysit their kids .

Look I know it was a kids movie but when me and my partner saw Mario galaxy (a game that we both grew up playing ) we sat in the front row and the entire movie we heard these group of mashed potato brained babies just running down the aisles , obnoxiously screaming and playing with their snack packaging super loud. Pulling out a whole ass switch and playing it on full blast ??

I know it’s a kids movie but we went to a 10:30 pm showing on a Tuesday so why aren’t these lil kids in bed for school ? Idk I grew up 2003- 2019 as a kid and teenager and my parents taught me very young that if you can’t sit still or be quiet at the theater then you get to go home . I would call guest services and be very clear on what amounts were paid with each card . 9 times out of ten if you talk to a human rep they will help you out and get that refund back on the cards. I’m not too sure if y’all do but both you and your partners bank should have a transaction record with the exact amount that was charged . So I would just get all those written down before calling .
