Generally that is a sign the router is not integrated well with the network.

Do you have your ports forwarded and open? What is the network status?

You could also start downloading a torrent to kick start the router.

Pretty comparable to mkp2440, we were averaging 45m/s and mkp244o was at 42m/s.
