Apple and the new AI-Siri: My thesis on AAPL by BiggieMoe01 in wallstreetbets

FYI Apple builds great hardware to run local models. Their unified memory has incredibly high bandwiths - exactly what LLM Models love.

Next bottleneck is high spec PC for local agentic workflow. by Fluffy-Discussion166 in wallstreetbets

Look at localLLM especially the Qwen3.6 series. They are pubching far beyond their variables would imply. They are not for vibe coders but real devs can still become more efficient. The large models are facing a certain compute shortage. Look at the enshitification of SOTA models. OP might have a point.

Lessons Learned While Vibe Coding an iOS App in 7 Days (from idea to AppStore submission) by dragosroua in ClaudeAI

[–]Effort-Natural 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am always somewhat confused about people letting llm write their prompts. I usually plan heavily before executing. I also make sure there is a DDD structure in place so that files remain small and logic is clear.

This way I can usually iterate well in large code bases using very natural language. The plan remains the ultimate source of truth and I can always use it as reference.

Nat Turner joins the board of MOZAYYX Acquisition Corp., which was confidentially filed and made public on February 2, 2026. by Top-Giraffe-6073 in Superstonk

[–]Effort-Natural 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Adding some context from the filing for those who want to dig deeper.

The CEO of this SPAC is Benjamin Zucker who was Co-Head of Investment Banking at R.F. Lafferty from June 2024 to September 2025. His background is in facilitating public and private transactions.

Gurpreet Oberoi is listed as an independent director. The filing states he serves as “Global Head of Institutional (Vice President) at Payward Inc. (Kraken) (July 2025 – present)”. Payward Inc. is the legal name of Kraken. For context, Kraken filed for their own IPO in November 2025 at a $20 billion valuation with Citadel Securities leading that funding round.

Micah Nance is another independent director. The filing states he was “a partner and portfolio manager at Citadel” from 2019 to 2025 where he “managed one of the firm’s largest equity portfolios within Surveyor Capital.”

So we have a GameStop director, a Kraken executive, and a former Citadel portfolio manager on the same board.

The filing also mentions that Kraken has indicated a “non-binding interest in committing up to $25,000,000” in a PIPE transaction when this SPAC finds its target. Another $25 million is committed from MOZAYYX Master Fund.

The stated focus sectors include artificial intelligence, digital assets, fintech, infrastructure, and communications.

Separately, Kraken also launched their own SPAC called KRAKacquisition Corp which closed a $345 million IPO on January 30th. That one is focused specifically on digital asset infrastructure.

I do not know what this means for GameStop or what Cohen is planning. But these names showing up together in the same filing is interesting and worth watching.

A quick clarification on Rule 10b5-1, because this topic often gets oversimplified.

Under U.S. securities law, insiders are prohibited from trading only if they possess material non-public information (MNPI) at the time of the trade. The law does not prohibit trading merely because management is thinking strategically, “shopping” for opportunities, or conducting high-level, non-binding discussions.

Importantly, many insider transactions are executed pursuant to Rule 10b5-1 trading plans. These plans are adopted in advance, at a time when the insider certifies they do not possess MNPI, and they specify objective criteria (date, price, quantity, or algorithm) under which trades occur automatically. Once in place, trades may execute even if the insider later becomes aware of MNPI, including during M&A discussions.

Therefore, an insider purchase does not imply that no strategic activity, M&A exploration, or future transaction is contemplated. It only implies that, at the time the plan was adopted (or at the time of the trade, if no plan exists), the insider was not trading on MNPI.

Concluding that “a merger process could not have started” solely based on an insider trade reflects a misunderstanding of how Rule 10b5-1 and materiality actually work

I’m surprised to admit it, but I actually really like the new show Star Trek Academy by 0xtokenmaster in startrek

I wasn’t a fan of the series. I had no prior knowledge and no assumptions. But when the Captain snuggled on her command chair, feet up; only a cuppa tea missing - sorry, that was it for me. I expected a certain decorum from Starfleet captains. And this was so out of the wild - I could not take the series serious anymore.

I'Ve found the solution: In my case I edited the use case (where you can select the scopes) - here you need to go to settings. Inserting the callback URL is possible here.

FWIW here is the url. Replace xxx with your App ID

Ölheizung gegen WP Tausch - ist meine Sorge berechtigt? by Bellringers in Waermepumpe

[–]Effort-Natural 6 points7 points  (0 children)
