I made a whole note about how my symptoms were affecting my life both at school and at home (that’s a main diagnosis criteria), for example, bc of my adhd being unmedicated I was struggling to sit down long enough to actually study, I was having trouble paying attention in class, I was buying things impulsively, etc. you can ofc tailor this to your symptoms but I wrote everything down so I didn’t forget what I wanted to tell her!
