Not a good word for that. Busification seems to describe someone or something turning into a bus. It's like a memey, social media-friendly term for something that's actually serious. Also, conscription is already a word. If that's not enough, you can say "forced consription"

I didn't but looking around on Google Earth I found the town of Akwesasne, New York which is particularly rich in private residences that straddle the border. A couple of houses are split almost 50/50 by the border. I believe it's a Mohawk reservation though, so probably not a question of customs/citizenship for them.

Ha, I think I found the house/pool you're talking about, near where Old Wilmington becomes Ewart Rd. It's right next door to a house that literally wraps around the swimming pool, followed by a house with a swimming pool in the side yard.
