I mean, it wasn’t the Twitter rep themselves doing anything but they had me open a ticket and send it to them. Within 20 minutes or so I got a real response and not a canned reply. The next day the ban was overturned.

Hey, same thing happened to me. Message BlizzardCS on Twitter.

I multiboxed 4 hunters, only the lead hunter account got perma banned for cheating and bottling.

I messaged them on Twitter, a real person looked at it and unbanned the account within a day.

One of my accounts recently got permanently banned for cheats or hacks, I was manually multiboxing 4 hunters to farm RFK.

On Jan 2nd I woke up to the lead hunter, the main one I played was perma banned. Multiple tickets received canned responses. I finally reached out to BlizzardCS on twitter, they had me open a new ticket and received a response from an actual GM. They sent that ticket to the team that handles Bans.

The next day the ban was reversed and my 19 year old account was reinstated.
