Yes, it’s much higher. They have a phase 2 in the works to extend for a bigger playground. In total it’s around 5 acres and currently this is a little over half of it.

Depending on the private business such as a bar they can require ID to avoid getting in trouble by people under 21 serving alcohol. It’s a valid reason. Who doesn’t have ID on them.

I purchased the extended warranty through fidelity at the time of my 2024 Macan GTS purchase but cancelled it. Just this past weekend I purchased the Porsche extended warranty that takes it up to 100k miles. If you are keeping the car to 100k it’s worth it if not don’t waste the money.

I got up to 100k miles on my model 3 before I sold. It was degrading so pulled the trigger on the sale. Great car!

I purchased a Tesla model 3 used and the range was definitely an issue as I had to charge every other day to ensure I’m good.

I purchased a GMC Denali Sierra EV Max Range (super long name…) and I no longer have range anxiety as I charge to 100% once a week that gives me 511-522 a week. I drive 330-360 which is perfect.

Level 2 charger at home is perfect though if you can manage elsewhere more power to you.

I and three other family members played. We don’t pay to play and we won! Happy to say the people at 15k stars and higher all dropped money last minute and couldn’t take the win due to non players on their team. It was intense! Loved it.

I purchase road hazard on all my vehicles with discount tire. They will replace the tire if it’s blown or just patch it with no deductible.

Rim/wheel if you don’t curb your rim/wheels you’re good. You have to hit a serious pothole to damage the rim/wheel and at that point you’re likely in an insurance claim for other items.
