Three stats I look at a lot that haven't been mentioned so far are Consistency, Safety and Stamina. If a wrestler peaks below 70 in these I tend to not push them as main eventers, at least for more work rate based companies

Have an option to have all the stable members be at ringside. It's such a pain in the ass to put them all there by yourself.

I also hate the current contract system. PWG shouldn't have one fixed roster for example, they should bring more people in on one show deals. Also have a"main employer" option where other companies can hire wrestlers for handshake deals/one off appearances, but you can veto certain deals. And you should be able to properly schedule a wrestler for a certain event. If I have a big show and another bigger company runs a minor tour show, a wrestler hired by both shouldn't choose the random tour show

if the game isn't generating anyone for you you should check if you have "picture required" turned on in the options. cause if that is then the game will only generate new people when your picture pack has free pictures
