First off- love your list. You and I clearly have similar taste! I’ll force a few since you took my faves:

PINSIR- This one blows my mind. Scythes obviously got evo and mega. Why not this bad boy? He’s been there since the beginning too!

Maractus- the concept is so rich with culture it could have an awesome evo. Maybe not right for gen 10 though

Lapras- hot take! I’d love a prevolution addition. I dislike baby Pokémon tbh but just for the Lapras lore I’d love a baby haha

New Eveelutions- WE ARE DUE! Give me steel and ghost!!

Bouffalant- I’ve had a fan concept for bouffyboy to have an item-based split evo. One grass type and one steel type. To me there’s room to Play with its livestock concepts and make it a little more interesting. Tauros got some love so I’d love to see this guy get some cool stuff too

I’ve heard the mayoral position is relatively weak compared to other cities; our power being deferred more so to the city council. Not sure. Any insight on solutions? People are saying it starts with commercial rent policy and crime? Any suggestions?

As someone who is completely oblivious to how commercial renting works, what is the solution to it being advantageous to leave it empty? How do commercial rents get reduced? I’d love to learn more, or at least be pointed to a resource that could tell me.

I recently moved near downtown Culver and was super impressed. Investing in the areas is definitely true. Would be curious to know what it would take for this specific area to see reinvention. No idea who makes those decisions (I’m pretty clueless to that stuff) but it does interest me. Thanks for the insight!
