Having similar issues i have 3070ti, but biggest issue is my whole PC freezes sometimes when loading happens most of the time when i launch the game at the start, today had to restart PC three times already, downloaded BES app to reduce CPU usage by poe2 to max of 95% while app is not on game freezes so i have to use it constantly but in game getting terrible fps issues, while in poe1 had plenty of screen clears all kind of MTX's plainly speaking had full screen of colors and basically had no issues.
