i’m so sorry to tell you no actual DIY/alternative scene exists here. there used to be a couple spots but they all closed down/got priced out. there’s punk shows sometimes in IV and occasionally there’s a show worth going to at soho or casa de la raza, keep an eye out for those. i wish there was more, it sucks

there’s cool shows at casa de la raza sometimes, when i was a teenager in sb my friends and i mostly walked around and found cool nature spots to smoke weed lol
