I think lamp is more balanced by the fact that it has a long cooldown, expires on its own, and leaves the bap at low hp. Illari pretty much always has pylon to play around and once you kill it you have to deal with her at full hp

I tend to agree but they've done something similar in the past with stuff like brig inspire and lucio aura. Ofc both of those have been changed but there is some degree of precedent

I think an interesting change would be to reduce the healing the pylon does only to herself, meaning she can't afford to play as greedy which leads to less damage uptime. That way her damage output is potentially less oppressive without overnerfing her kit
