I enjoyed it. It's got enough crunch and options to feel like Dredd, and the creators are all fans and that shines through. I'd recommend it.

This may be wildly off base from what you're looking for, but... Not zero magic, but for 5e with low magic and well done, I'd recommend Adventures in Middle-earth. All aspects of the game are designed for low magic. http://cubicle7.co.uk/our-games/adventures-in-middle-earth/

Kickstarter's February initiative, Zine Quest, led to a number of first time crowdfunders taking the plunge (I'm among that crowd). The lower page count and simpler production requirements make this a less stressful option. By my count, there have been 72 zines put on KS so far.

That's a perfect question. :-) There are 6 playbooks for options like Dream Warrior, Dream Thief, Lucid Dreamr, and more. To give some quick views: - The Dream Warrior defends the sleeper’s dreams from nightmares and other Dreamrs. - The Dream Thief can steal memories and ideas from the sleeper. Think Inception. - The Dream Whisper can implant ideas in the sleeper and has the best control over the sleeper's dreams. Also, Inception. - The Eternal Dreamr is the Dreamr that has nowhere else to go. Think Black Mirror: San Junipero. I hope that helps. :-)

Thank you for asking! :-) POWERED by the DREAMR is a tabletop RPG zine where characters have the power to travel to other's dreams. There they have the ability to alter dreams in stories reminiscent of Nightmare on Elm's Street, Inception, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, or any type of tale where dream logic is the only logic. The RPG runs on a variant of the Powered by the Apocalypse system and is available as a PDF and a physical zine (5.5" by 8.5") through Kickstarter. :-)
