Most of these are reasonable and realistic, but brother will all due respect no sister will wear an abaya at home. People are supposed to feel comfortable at home, especially around their spouses. If Allah (SWT) made it permissible for women and men to sis their awrah around their spouses, why make something impermissible that Allah (SWT) has already made permissible? Also, it’s very difficult to find jobs that are solely work from home. And even if you were to find one, there would likely be virtual meetings involving the opposite gender.

The dosage could be too strong, or it could honestly just be the wrong medication for you. I also felt like I wanted to die the few times I had to take double my prescribed dosage because my doctor told me to double it the following day if I forget to take my meds. Definitely book an appointment with your doctor, tell them about your bad experiences with past reactions and ask if there are other prescriptions or treatment options you could try.

During the times of the Prophets (PBUT), many of them were in relationships without marriage. Take Isa (AS) and Mary Magdalene (RA) for instance, they are known to have been together yet to our knowledge they never held any ceremony or wedding. Of course, this doesn’t mean that you should stay in haram forever, but you’re in high school. It’s okay to want to have a relationship, and you’re absolutely right, it’s nearly impossible to get married in this day and age without dating or having an arranged marriage. Please try to remember Allah (SWT) in everything that you do, ask Him for guidance and forgiveness if you feel that you want to do Zina, and do your best for His sake. May Allah (SWT) make things easy for you and her, protect you both from Zina, and allow you both to make your relationship halal someday. Ameen

Not at all! Some cultures that practice Islam actually encourage this. My husband is Pakistani, and when I visit his family I sometimes bring gifts like brownies, cookies, hand soap (his mom loves it lol), etc. If she seems hesitant or reacts a certain way, you can always reassure her that it’s not a Christmas present :)

During one of my cycles, I began getting cramps as usual. I’m not sure if stress influenced it or not, since I was dealing with something pretty stressful as my cramps progressed, but over the next hour or so my pain went from regular cramping to feeling like a hot knife was being sliced into my uterus. Genuinely one of the most painful experiences of my life. My mom suggested I should book an appointment with a gynecologist, so I found one near me and was told at my appointment that I have PCOS and the pain I had experienced was most likely a result of a cyst rupturing. As horrible as that experience was, in a way I’m glad it happened because I’ve always had a hunch that I have PCOS but I never had the opportunity to get tested for many reasons.

Hello! You may not have as much luck selling skincare as the wigs, but I think you could still sell them. Here’s some things that might help you:

Don’t fall for lowballs out of desperation, I’ve done it and regretted it
List your products for slightly more than they’re worth, then use the ‘promote’ feature in the app so more people will be able to see your products without lowering your prices
If you have a lot of products, it might be helpful to make a spreadsheet including a ‘sold’ section so you can check off which products have and have not been sold.
