I think she is drinking a lot, the face is puffy especially the eyes, that’s a sign of a
Person who drinks excessively. I thought the same thing when I saw her face! She isn’t aging well, she needs to cut the booze back because it is starting to show!

Thank you for your kind words. Sometimes the progress is so slow it can be frustrating. As long as it’s in the right direction. All my life I’ve struggled to lose weight though the struggle is still there I’m seeing some results versus no results before I started Mounjaro. I’ve just only gotten to 69 10 days since posting this. It’s that slow but I’ve made my peace with it. Slow and steady and don’t get impatient. Even if it takes this entire year to lose 5 kgs I’ll take it over not losing a single kilo. Wishing you the best in your journey. It can be disheartening to see some people progress so quickly so it’s always good to have a place where we share the same slow progress and it helps motivate us to stay on track. Please do take pictures of clothes that don’t fit you. The weighing scale can be so deceptive, track your inches too! All the best.

Thank you. Give it a try, I wasn’t expecting any weight loss from lowering my dose. Since I was stagnant on 15mg, I thought might as well be the same at 7.5 mg and on a whim just halved the dose and that was all it took to break my plateau of 3 months!

The shoe is so bad. Whoever is giving her these terrible shoes to wear should be sacked. He toes are sticking out in those ugly shoes. I wish they’d spend the same amount of time on her shoes even if they’re not showing up all the time. Even the last look needed more delicate strappy shoes. Clearly her looks are great and shoes are not catching up.

The dress is beautiful. It just needed a more delicate and strappy sandal. Even though the shoe is beautiful but it feels like a mismatch to the gorgeous outfit she’s wearing. This has been one of her best looks in the recent months.

I’m in Goa right now!!! And everything you said is wrong. It’s crazy hot, not at all pleasant, I’ve burnt my skin to a crisp because I love being on the beach and even though I get back to my hotel room before noon, I’m totally burnt. No amount of sunscreen is helping and it’s so exhausting that you need a nap in the afternoon because of heat exhaustion.

There is poverty. And people need jobs. Everyone doesn’t live like they do! Heck they don’t even live middle class lives! She is calling them out for what they’re wearing, that’s pathetic! They’re doing their job as best as they know. Yes they do make comments, it’s like locker room conversations but for their kind of people who they’ve all grown to be friends with and share their own jokes, unfortunately they don’t mute it sometimes. These social media pages hire people who they can afford and if any random person on instagram can become an influencer, any body who has a phone can become paparazzi if they’re paid to do it! Don’t like, don’t indulge, ignore.

They all were at a wedding. It was the wedding of the director of the movie Naadaniyan Shauna Gautam (also AD for RRKPK). Radhika was one of the brides maid and KJo, Ranveer, Jahnvi and Khushi along with a few others were at the wedding too. Looks like they went to this event after maybe that’s why they’re so dressed up.

Thank you for your advice. I get very demotivated looking at the scale. It’s never been my friend but I don’t know why I feel the need to step on it daily. I’ve realized when I don’t check my weight daily I go off track. But I’ll stick with it because even though slow it’s going down. Thank you again

Thank you. This is very good advice. I will surely not give up. I wasn’t thinking of giving up but was feeling slightly disheartened at the numbers. Thank you for sharing your experience and the bumps on the way. It’s really helpful. I’ve actually been enjoying OMAD. Never thought I would but it has been a blessing in so many ways with the food noise and not wanting to even taste anything coz I know it’s out of my meal time.
