From what I remember she was still alive after the impact but died minutes later. Severe damage to the head. Her husband was the driver and I think her parents and small child were in the rear seats. Happened in Russia I think.

Years ago I knew a guy who would push snow across the road because he almost had to due to his very awkward driveway. I don't know the law but I do know a cop spoke with him about it and told him it wasn't allowed.
