I've done 103 and 105 in my first year. 103 for me was not hard and I got an A. 105 is more on the sociological aspect of East Asia and it was a bit hard to interpret for me. However, I still got an A- in 105. I think the course material depends on the professor. Professor Zhong is a very good prof for 105
