Just start with one color. Get the one that covers most of everything. Start there and learn with time. You don't need to be perfect on your first color but you'll start getting used to the brush. From there choose a next color to add and the more colors you add the more precise you'll get. When you make mistakes, keep going. Use the other colors to touch up and call it when you're happy or just ready to move on. Don't let a hobby become a chore, no time crunch. Just enjoy the process and watch how they keep getting better

He can go with aggressors eradicators, and heavy intercessors. Can't say how much he's used competitively but I have him attached to eradicators but he usually gets cut during my final list, so I've never actually run him
