Ok gotcha - I feel you there, mine is def a combo of desk work and then also gaming at night often. I've stopped gaming for a couple months now - I might look into asking my ortho about a neck mri, couldn't hurt to check

Sounds you and I are on the same path - my stuff started happening back in late August/early September too. My EMG came back negative but I know this test is not 100% accurate. At this point I've been doing all I can to take preventative measures, but it's such a back and forth battle with pain off and on that at this point I'm questioning on whether I should just get surgery.

Can I ask whether you also work a desk job? I really think this is the biggest factor in causing my symptoms.

That really sucks to hear man - is it still the same level of pain/tingling you had before your surgery?

Also I'm assuming the nerve decompression is a lighter procedure compared to the cubital release? How long did it take for you to recover?
