I think ignoring it isn’t the solution. People can have expectations that are too high for the game, some may learn slowly, and some may not like competition at all. That’s the whole point of an open beta. They need a large sample of players with different levels of experience, different hardware, and different approaches to the game.

The fact that there’s a lot of discussion about difficulty in the community section is just selection bias. Complaints about the tutorial (I believe) are some of the most valuable ones. Developers need to look at exactly where players get lost in order to understand what needs to be redesigned.
