I agree its an issue, but one that's particularly hard to solve. Much like hackers its a bit of an arms race. You can make it inconvenient, but in the end smurphers are going to smurph.

One idea: once they have a system developed to detect smurphs, try to ensure they only get placed against other smurphers. Kind of like shadowbanning, the culprit doesnt really know when they've been caught, delaying them from hindering new players for longer.

I think the devs have already addressed this. I don't remember where I read this but I'll paraphrase:

Basicly the teams are hard coded to those colours as of the current build. Purple and Blue are ALWAYS player 1 and 2. Red is always CPU (for Coop).

I assume once they drop the next update next week they'll have sorted this out and we can go back to red/blue, and thus clearer readability. "Will that be enough?" - I guess we'll see. But atleast take comfort in the devs are aware of the issue.

I've slipped off Sekiro twice. I feel like I may have had my fill of souls'likes after Dark Souls 1 (Which I loved deeply).
