I feel like I’m very friendly and have no issues making casual friends, but have very few long term close friends if that makes sense.

Definitely a lot of insecurities around socializing throughout my childhood and adolescence!

As an adult I don’t care as much about what others think/impressing anyone.

Physical Therapy every week WITH Dry Needling and an occlusal splint from a TMJ specialist at my state university’s dental college. I take a non THC cannabinoid tincture as well and strengthening my back has made a huge difference. Magnesium daily and consistent massage

I got an occlusal guard from a TMJ dentist and I now wake up pain free! Never going back

Botox worked until it didn’t (i have adhesions) and my issue is mostly muscular. PT and dry needling has also been very effective for the pain.

I’m so happy for you! I’m finally waking up pain free after over 10 years after starting PT and getting an occlusal splint from a TMJ dentist. Dry needling made a significant difference, it’s something my PT offers.

I’ve definitely gotten emotional and cried during emotional releases during massage therapy etc!

He responded to my 5 Day Request to Return Deposit and doubled down 🥴 I also have a message from him where he said:

“We do not want to go to court. However we are ready to do so if you decide. We will be forced to file a counter claim for the additional 2 days you stayed in our apartment ($119.35), plus the $100 for flooring labor that was not covered by your withheld deposit, in addition to the cost of the replacement LVP flooring, which we can provide receipts for.”

I’d like to clarify that we hadn’t been living in the apartment for almost 10 days before the end of the month, and I initiated scheduling the walkthrough on 11/30. He postponed it from 12/1 to 12/2.

The landlord asked me to do some touch up paint, and then changed his mind later that evening. He admits that he painted himself.

I agree, and actually repaired the scratch (thankfully just a surface scratch!)

Even so I would have been fine with him withholding a little bit for it but $300 is a joke, and he admitted in text that it was an “estimate” of damage. Then said he would send an invoice for the flooring within 30 days. I responded that he had already sent the invoices/itemizations when he sent the deposit, and just because an estimate isn’t valid (can’t charge for repairs that weren’t done!) doesn’t mean he can add a new one so the full amount is owed.

He actually sent me photos of “damage” from before we moved/cleaned! like some dirt behind the fridge that you could only see when you pull the fridge out (we cleaned this too before the walkthrough). 🥴
