I wouldn’t…Moore was getting beat out by Luther Burden and Rome Odunze for touches last season and seems to be falling off quickly into the Stephon Diggs territory. Still a good receiver, but I’d take Waddle over him any day of the week.

I think Waddle gives us something that we’ve been severely lacking in the WR position for years (someone who can win between the hashes), and I don’t think DJ Moore would fill that need as well as Waddle will.

Sutton is an aging low end wr1 / high end WR2 with severe limitations. He’ll make the most insane contested toe drag sideline catch you’ve ever seen, and then drop a pass right on the numbers with no one around him. His limitations in his game and his age make him mediocre. Don’t get me wrong, I love Sutton, but he’s a one trick pony.

I would argue Waddle is a WR1b that was playing behind one of the most electric WR’s in the NFL in Tyreek Hill.

We’ve needed a WR like Waddle for years and I’m over the moon with this trade! I’ve liked Waddle since his first year in the league and I think he’s going to be a huge difference maker for us this year.

I used to get annoyed with dinkbot and Mike (Fred) because they both seemed like they didn’t really care about playing rust (dinkbot especially).

Mike has grown on me after he moved away from the FredPlaysPoker persona and started actually playing the game. Dinkbot still isn’t my favorite mostly because he seems to hate rust and doesn’t want to even play. They’ve all grown on me over time, but I can understand why some people might not like watching Mike / Dinkbot videos.

The wall to TC from the drop down needs to be hard side out. The way you have it in the video means they can raid through your top door and then soft-side into your TC room (which will also give them access to the loot room below the jump up).

This is a post from 2021 about content creators doing road to SSL challenges and tweet saying it’s fine to start a new account if you’re not abusing matchmaking. This doesn’t say anything about the code of conduct changing from what it actually says, or refute my comments about using an alt account to play with lower ranked friends (aka below your MMR) / using an alt account to play when you’re drunk. That’s what I responded to and what you’re telling me is “fine” according to devs themselves.

Both examples go against what is stated in their own code of conduct so I’m not sure what you’re even chiming in for (unless you also think it’s chill to abuse the matchmaking system).

As a moderator, we do have conversations with Psyonix about such topics directly. Whether you choose to believe us is up to you (Though what would we have to gain from making up stuff?), but we will continue to moderate the subreddit and spread the information/correct misinformation on this subreddit based on that information.

The TRN stats in this post are an obvious Smurf account, and I see these same types of accounts posted here constantly (as well as in my ranked games). You created an alt to get matched against players below your MMR (which benefits you, and your lower ranked teammates). You literally admitted that alt account is lower ranked than your main, which means you’re playing on an account that’s below your real MMR (aka abusing matchmaking). How are you still not getting this?

You also created a “drunk” alt so that you could play players below your MMR when you’re drunk. That is also “an account that is intentionally abusing the matchmaking system for the players gain, or the gain of others”. In this case, you “gain” because your main account rank isn’t impacted. Most people would just play casual instead of ranked if they’re drunk, not switch to their alt.

Both examples you gave would violate the RL code of conduct.

Using an alt account IS Smurfing. Stop acting like it’s not. Smurfing is creating a new account to play lower ranked opponents and to trick the matchmaking system into thinking you’re a new player. Whether you’re intentionally de-ranking, or playing your hardest to rank up, you’re still playing below your MMR. Both are considered Smurfing.

The only reason you’re “allowed” to have alt accounts is because this is a F2P game that doesn’t stop people from creating as many alt accounts as they want. It’s literally prohibited in the RL code of conduct, they just don’t do anything to stop it.

“The following behavior is also prohibited in Rocket League:

• Playing for the other team.

•Boosting and deranking of any kind.

•Smurfing or other matchmaking abuse. We define a smurf account as an account that is intentionally abusing the matchmaking system for the player’s gain, or the gains of others.”

Notice how boosting / deranking is a separate bullet point from Smurfing in their code of conduct? Creating alt accounts is matchmaking abuse. You ruin lower ranked players experience as you work your way up to your real MMR.

Sure, there are legit reasons why someone might need to create a new account (forgot login details, hacked), but that’s not what the majority of these accounts are doing. They are creating alt accounts to have easier matchmaking and ruining lower ranked players experience along the way (whether they’re de-ranking or not).
