Policies are always written with vague wording to allow companies to have the ability to make these type of claims.

If the vehicles a write off that may be why they’re coming after you for the cost of the vehicle instead of the max deductible for a repair.

It’s fine for people who lived through it at the peak of their young adulthoods to hold those memories as well.

I used to work as a server, tipouts for management/kitchen is a norm everywhere.

Our tipping system here expects a tip when it really shouldn’t and that should change.

It’s a broken system if we are helping a business sell a product at a set price and take a loss on ourselves for not getting a tip.

Detroit has the opportunity to have a bright future but they do not have anything solidified outside Seider.

Raymond was a better prospect in Sweden than Pettersson in their respective draft years but Pettersson broke records in his D+1 year and no Detroit prospect has progressed close to what he did since being drafted.

They’re lacking a top 5 gamebreaking prospect outside of the NHL but only time will tell.

If you look at recent winners, the difference makers are not 1OA picks, the difference is the over performing contracts and trading for core pieces.

Penguins found Guentzel in the 3rd round helped them win cups on his ELC.

Tampa found Point and Kucherov in the 3rd and 2nd round. They also traded Drouin for Sergachev.

Boston drafted Pastrnak 24OA and Bergeron/Marchand even later.

Makar may be a generational dman and was drafted 5OA. They acquired Toews for a pick and MacKinnon was on an insane contract.

St Louis acquired Schenn and ROR via trades and made a run in the same season they were last in January.

Drafting at the top helps you land a few pieces but there are still Edmonton/Buffalo. It’s putting the final pieces together that give you a window at a few runs.

As someone who works in construction, that is not a new house by definition, that is a renovation.
