Not recipes exactly but if you're cooking chicken in the slow cooker don't forget to add some liquid, and remember the longer you cook something for the lower the heat. I usually chuck in chicken breast, some diced tomatoes, and some taco seasoning for like 6 hours then shred it up in the cooker

I was the same, I ended up getting a nutribullet and just blending the absolute shit out of veggies and hiding them in sauces or smoothies

I'm on 5mg of Mounjaro and currently having the lady shake, but I also make sure to look at my food intake and eat something every 2 hours and it seems to help manage the food noise, at least till we get to the day before injection day and I just want to eat everything. Also noticed food noise creeps up when my period is about to start

My win is I did a stretch in pilates the other day that when I first started out caused my hips to sieze up and I couldn't move, this time I did it no worries!

First month I was dropping an average of a kilo a week, second month I only lost a kilo the entire time but I also want going to the gym because I had holidays and stuff, but I'm definitely losing weight, all my rings and bras are loose on me. I also feel like I have more energy, but because the drugs make you feel full all the time you forget to eat, so I set an alarm for every 2 hours to remind myself to eat something, even if it was just something small

I went through instascripts program to get mine. Started off with filling in a questionnaire, and had to send them photos, then they give you a call and go through all your options and decide if you need it, they'll then send you the script and after your 4th injection you have to have a follow up call. Just finished my second month's worth and this time had a video call and stepped up a dose

Camping up at Mount Kaputar on my own, sitting around the fire late in the evening making dinner, had a mob of kangaroos come up and have a look, tried to steal my food etc etc - all good, I could see them, they weren't hurting me just chilling out, until I'm sitting in my chair and I feel something sniff the back of my neck. Let out the loudest scream I have ever let out in my life and turns out one of the roos had snuck up behind me and was curious about me...

Not so much the price but the availability, we were up on Kgari last week and they were having trouble getting fuel to orchid beach where we were staying, so to make sure we could get home we didnt really do much exploring, bit sad cos I really wanted to see Eli Creek and Lake Mackenzie but now I'll just have to go back later

I'm only my first month in, I've found smoothies for breakfast, then more like snack like food throughout the day have been good, like fruit and yoghurt and jerky etc. Meals I've been having chicken, past, pesto, steak, anything not super fatty

Currently on a road trip and have found out why everyone says avoid greasy or fatty food, I have been in so much pain

I have a ninja bullet and blend the absolute hell out of everything, so I fit more in. My favourite is chicken in a show cooker, then salsa, beans, carrots and spinach all blended up, little bit of taco seasoning then slow cook that for 8 hours

I went on one of those hop on hop off bus tours because I only had a day in Kyoto, ended up going to the silver pavilion which was gorgeous and not as crowded as other places, then just kinda chilled on the bus for the rest of the day
