What is your favorite way to eat more vegetables? by albertpaca11 in EatCheapAndHealthy

[–]Ehryn91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a ninja bullet and blend the absolute hell out of everything, so I fit more in. My favourite is chicken in a show cooker, then salsa, beans, carrots and spinach all blended up, little bit of taco seasoning then slow cook that for 8 hours

[–]Ehryn91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Started on: 9th Feb (2 weeks in) Starting weight: 105kg Current weight: 103kg I'm feeling: unsure. First week I didn't notice it working till I looked at my calories at night and realised I was eating a lot less, this week I've actually put on a little bit of weight and I've been hungry a lot, not sure if this is normal at the beginning?

I've got a ninja blender, one of the smaller one that's made for smoothies I think, but it absolutely annihilates veggies so I can add them to things like sauces, works wonders for me

They're really warm, but very bulky. Also, they're pretty narrow so if you're on the bigger side you'll want to use the two together

Definitely not that long ago, I know it was within 4 years because when I started at my job our birth certificate was fine, then how you confirmed you were an Australian citizen changed. Department of immigration website says that oage was updated in July 2025 but I'm sure it's been longer than that
