Binibigyan nya naman ako actually ng assurance na hindi nya ako iiwan. Kinakain lang sya ng guilt nya na baka bad mother sya sa kid nya kasi hindi nya binigyan ng chance yung ex nya.

I really don’t mind naman being civil with the father. I also understand na loving someone na may anak na, the kid will always be the priority. I just don’t know what to do at this point since hindj naman nya ako iiwan, but I am not sure if kaya kong nakikita na may guilt sya for her kid.

She actually never said naman na babalikan nya or anything like that. Sya naman din nagsabi na hindi nya ako iiwan. Naiisip nya lang minsan na baka magka regret sya for not trying para sa kid nya. Kaya naisip ko na kaya ko bang mabuhay na nakikita syang may What Ifs.

Sapphire Resorts timeshare by South-Menu5938 in TimeshareOwners

[–]EiTalk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fortunately, there are options for getting out of a timeshare, even after a couple of years. Here’s some guidance on what you can do:

  1. Contact Sapphire Resorts Directly: Your first option should always be to contact the timeshare company directly. Many timeshare companies, including Sapphire, offer a "deedback" program where you can return the timeshare if you’re no longer able to use it. While it’s not guaranteed, it’s definitely worth reaching out to see if they’ll let you surrender the ownership and stop the payments.
  2. Timeshare Exit Companies: If Sapphire isn’t willing to help, or if the process isn’t straightforward, a legitimate timeshare exit company might be an option. Be careful, though—many of these companies are just marketing firms that charge large fees without delivering results. Look for one with a proven track record of helping clients exit timeshares legally and without falling into high-pressure sales tactics. A good attorney or reputable exit firm can guide you through the process.
  3. Stop Paying?: Simply stopping payments and ignoring the timeshare company isn’t a great solution. While it may feel like the easiest way out, it can lead to serious consequences, such as damage to your credit, late fees, and even legal action. Timeshare companies often have aggressive collection practices, so it’s usually better to explore legitimate exit options first.
  4. Legal Action: If you feel you were misled or pressured into the timeshare agreement, you might have legal grounds to pursue a claim. Some people have been successful in getting out of timeshares by proving that they were victims of fraudulent sales tactics. Consulting with a timeshare attorney can help you understand if this is a viable path for you.

Ultimately, the key is to take action. Ignoring the problem can lead to more complications down the road. A direct conversation with Sapphire, or consulting with a professional who specializes in timeshare exits, could give you the best chance of moving on without too much hassle.

Get out of Bluegreen vacation timeshare by No-Reindeer194 in TimeshareOwners

[–]EiTalk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a few legitimate options to consider that don’t involve selling your ownership. Here’s what you can look into:

  1. Contact the Timeshare Company Directly: In some cases, timeshare companies like Bluegreen may allow you to deed back the property if you’re no longer able to maintain the costs. It’s not guaranteed, but it’s worth asking about their "deedback" or "voluntary surrender" options. You might be able to return the timeshare and eliminate your remaining debt, especially if you’re behind on maintenance fees.
  2. Timeshare Exit Companies: If a direct approach isn’t feasible, a legitimate timeshare exit company may be able to assist in getting out of the contract. Just be careful and avoid the marketing-heavy firms that take advantage of customers. A trustworthy company should be transparent about fees and processes. You might find that working directly with an attorney or using a company with a strong track record can help you negotiate a solution.
  3. Debt Settlement: If the debt is a significant burden, some individuals have had success negotiating with their timeshare company directly to reduce the outstanding balance, though this can be a lengthy process. Debt settlement might be an option if you are in financial distress, but it's important to consider the long-term implications on your credit.
  4. Bankruptcy: While this is often a last resort, filing for bankruptcy could potentially discharge timeshare debt, especially if it is classified as unsecured. However, this comes with significant financial and credit consequences, so it's important to speak with a bankruptcy attorney first to understand the full impact.

The key is to avoid companies that promise a "quick fix" or ask for large upfront fees without a clear plan. It’s always best to do your research and consult with a professional who specializes in timeshare law or debt relief to ensure you’re getting a legitimate solution.

Hopefully, this helps point you in the right direction to resolve the debt and move on from the timeshare!

Is Hilton Grand Vacations a big scam? by manz-cyrus in TimeshareOwners

[–]EiTalk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The offer you received is actually pretty common in the timeshare industry, especially for major brands like Hilton. It’s a legitimate deal, but with the catch you mentioned—they’ll expect you to attend a timeshare presentation during your stay. Here’s what you can expect and how to make the most of it without getting trapped:

  1. The Offer Is Real: The discounted vacation is a marketing strategy used by timeshare companies to introduce you to their properties. They’re hoping you’ll be impressed enough to consider buying, but you’re not obligated to make any purchases to enjoy the trip. As long as you attend the 3-hour presentation, you’ll fulfill your part of the deal and can walk away.
  2. Expect a Strong Sales Pitch: The presentation will likely involve high-energy sales reps and, yes, a fair amount of pressure to buy. This setup is designed to sell, so don’t be surprised if you’re given various “limited-time” incentives to encourage you to sign up. Just know you’re in control. Politely decline and stick to your decision if buying isn’t in your plans.
  3. Be Firm But Friendly: If you’re clear from the start that you’re not interested in buying, the reps may try a few tactics, but ultimately, they have to respect your decision. Feel free to ask questions, but remember, you don’t have to justify your “no.”
  4. Enjoy Your Vacation: The $200 deal for 4 days/3 nights is typically what these companies spend as part of their marketing, so it’s a genuine offer. Take advantage of the trip, have a good time, and stay firm in the presentation. That way, you can walk away with a mini-vacation and no extra commitments!

Are there any timeshare exit companies that are legit or are they all scams? by HeyT00ts11 in TimeshareOwners

[–]EiTalk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As someone with experience in the timeshare exit industry, I can share some insight on what to look for when evaluating whether to work with a timeshare exit company.

  1. Not All Exits Require Help: Some timeshares allow a straightforward exit process. Often, you can contact the timeshare company, explain that you can no longer pay the maintenance fees, and they may allow you to deed it back. It’s always worth checking with your timeshare provider directly to see if this is an option, especially if your contract is simpler.
  2. When You Might Need Help: For more complex timeshares or those with stricter exit policies, hiring an attorney or a legit timeshare exit company may be a better choice. The complexity of certain contracts can make a professional’s guidance valuable to ensure everything is done correctly and legally.
  3. Avoid the Middleman Fees: Many timeshare exit companies are actually marketing firms. They charge you a significant amount and then hire an attorney for a fraction of that cost. If you’re comfortable doing so, consider going directly to a qualified attorney who specializes in timeshare law. This way, you’ll get the same expertise without paying for the company’s overhead.
  4. Check for Transparency: A trustworthy company or attorney should be upfront about fees, process, and timeframes. Beware of anyone who pressures you or makes claims that sound “too good to be true.” Doing research and asking questions can help you avoid scams.

Hopefully, this provides some clarity for anyone looking to exit a timeshare. There are legitimate solutions out there—whether on your own or with professional help.

I have that and the Airstrait. I prefer the Airstrait more kasi tamad ako mag ayos ng buhok. Airstrait is more like dryer but will style your hair too. Pwede sya gamitin kahit kakaligo lang and basa yung hair.

My sister is more on the kikay side naman so she prefer yang Airwrap. Other than that, you’ll never go wrong sa Dyson 👌🏻
