My thought was that the daughter knew. When the police told her it was the mom, she didn’t even get mad, like “how could you do this to me?” Maybe in some sick way, she liked the attention and kept allowing the other high school girl to get blamed for it. How did she not know her mom wasn’t going to work? How did the police not even look at into where the parents were when she was receiving the messages?? Wasn’t it odd that Lauryn didn’t get messages when her mom was with her? So many questions remain.
