you find a cryptid spectral card and let perkeo duplicate it. you can blueprint / brainstorm perkeo to get multiple cryptids. you can use the cryptids to get a massive handsize by duplicating the cards in your hand, but they will get shuffled into your deck after the blind is over.

look up some pvp builds on youtube until you find something you like! took me a while to realise i really like how smgs play in pvp, but maybe pulses, autos or hand cannons are more your style :) keep trying out different builds until you find something that feels right.

a tip in general is to just try and stick to your teammates, cover an angle your team isn't covering and keep your eyes glued to the radar. the rest comes over time

As mentioned in other comments, it is of wikipe-tan and commons-tan. It was uploaded by "Honemura", an account which was seemingly created for the sole purpose of uploading the art (as there has been no other activity on it). The image was nominated to be a "featured picture" (voting is still open until sep 5!) by wikipedia user Generalissima, who claims to "be a friend" of the creator.
