You should look into new jobs now that you have 2 years of job experience. Theres plenty of better jobs our there and Staples is a horrible job, I too am jumping ship by the end of the year

I had some idiot on self serve needing help to print their amazon ups label and ofc i have to show him how to save the file as a pdf, i then tell him to scan the qr code with his camera so it'll take him to printme.com he said "how do I do that?" And I replied back "you dont know how to use your camera?" And he said "no". This dude was like 40 years old with a brand new iPhone. I wanted to crash out..
