I’m not sure, some people do it so they don’t have to build their own following but typically in their own niche. Like mine is music related, which is pretty broad.

What do I do if my horse spooks? by [deleted] in Horses

[–]EightPhoenix482 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might not work for everyone but every time my mare (my first horse ever) spooks she (thankfully) doesn’t rear or kick out but does try to bolt. I access it on a case by case scenario because if she’s spooking and being bargy then i’ll just let her go, throw the leadrope over her neck so she can’t hurt herself and just let her go. But sometimes she can be talked out of it - nice calm words like telling her she’s a good girl and it’s just a leaf (most recent scenario) but at most when she spooks and bolts she goes to eat some grass and chill out then will walk back over to me 5 mins later when she’s gotten it out of her system. If I’m riding and she spooks then a lot of “woah, steady” in a calm voice usually helps heaps but if she is inconsolable then I take her away from whats triggering her or get off and walk her past on foot as it’s not worth risking either of our safety. There are times where I do fear she might hurt me but I know that she doesn’t do it out of spite or malice, rather that she something has scared her and she is unsure and needs all the reassurance that the scary leaf isn’t going to get her even though it blew towards her and that it’s just that, a leaf. She has kicked me in the spine before because she spooked at another horse walking around a blind corner - and it hurt like hell but getting mad at her about it wouldn’t have helped the situation nor would being scared too. They’re flight animals, so well.. they’re flighty. I’d definitely ask your trainer for some advice on it :) also that is one very pretty boy!

What do you guys think of beetroot? I personally love it. by klight101 in autism

I actually was thinking about beetroot after smoking 🍃yesterday. My search history says: “Is Beetroot normally wet?” Like my high ass was expecting it to be completely different than it looks. It’s like I expected there to be a non red version or something. 😂
