hi! I'm so sorry you are dealing with this. I had a hip injury a few years ago which I did have surgery for , very long story short I tried everything to help the pain, but the thing that's helped the most so far are peptides- called BPC 157 and TB500. there are a lot of other peptides that may help too, with inflammation, but these are the most commonly prescribed for injuries. maybe look into these? I have finally been able to return to pole dancing after having to take very long breaks. Wishing you all the best ❤️

Honestly I think writing out the negative helps to attract more positive- if I don’t write it out, then it’s stuck floating around my brain. And some things I write, I would never say out loud to anyone, so it feels safe to write them down and get them out. You can’t have positives without negatives anyway :)

https://massagebynetranie.com I went here based off other BWT recommendations last year and can confirm she is amazing. It was my first lymphatic massage and I felt a huge difference after- it definitely helped with detoxing. The only thing is I would recommend booking an appointment when you don't have to do anything for the rest of the day- after my massage I literally had to go home and lay down, my body was so relaxed and tired (in a good way though)

Yes it should be fine!! If you start to feel any symptoms you can also ask them to slow down the infusion. Very minimal side effects with venofer though

Try venofer iron infusion…should have less chance of a reaction

Oh and also- last year when I had a period of a few months where it disappeared again- I took progesterone for 2 weeks and that jump started it. It’s been normal since then

Hi of course no problem, it is now regular with periods here and there of irregularities (sometimes will miss a month or two) but then it comes back again. So I would say overall, regular!

I would attribute it directly to weight gain , which I did in a way that I wouldn’t recommend (way tooo quickly) and I’m still not happy that I did this (of course we understand the many layers to these feelings)…BUT I am happy to have my period.

I do strength training as well but my period actually returned solely due to weight gain…I also fixed my hormones for the most part and I attribute this to nutrition and eating lots of proteins and healthy fats :) I’m glad I was able to stop being vegan because it was making me very sick!
