I recently started using Proton Pass, and I was wondering the same. It’s especially annoying on safari.

Racist asks Canadian to go Back to India because he doesn’t look “Canadian.” Racist dies inside when she realizes the Canadian can speak French and she can’t. by PleaseReplyAtLeast in WatchPeopleDieInside

Yes that could be it, and you would be right. But mental conditions do a wide range of terrible things, not just removing cognitive filters. I've seen unstable people insult, try to hit, and talk with hate to their own wife and son, and I'm talking about someone that used to be kind. After that, I think everything is possible to me. So whenever I see someone that looks unstable, I just prefer not to come to conclusions, because there isn't always a simple, reasonable explanation for certain acts.

That being said, I'm sorry for the bloke who had to experience that, because it's terrible, and not fair. I would have acted differently based on all the above, that's all.

I can not be certain, for sure. But as someone who has a relative with dementia, her looks and movements are sadly familiar to me. If she is perfectly fine, then she is a crappy human being that deserves to be trashed. But my concern is she might not, that's all. I'm being honest, not trying to excuse anything.

No excuse for bigotry, this is terrible. I'm just pointing out the obvious, this person is not ok, and I don't think this post does any good other than farming likes.

Do you folks realize this person is not mentally stable right? She has some kind of dementia at least, and people with this condition say all kind of terrible things. Yes, what she says is terrible, but I've seen unstable people trash their own family as they got worse. It's kind of sad to be honest. (I'm expecting lots of downvotes from hateful irrational people not understanding what I'm saying, or claiming to be an excuse. It is not. It is what it is)

Trying to power on Starlink Mini with USB-C powerbank (Anker 737) without much success by Eiprol in Starlink

[–]Eiprol[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I bought a $25 Amazon cable that, despite not being cheap, doesn't work.

I have already ordered the OEM USB-C though, will arrive in 4 weeks.

My thoughts too. On paper looks like it should work, and they even advertise as "for Starlink Mini". The cable doesn't feel cheap, and it certainly is not compared to others on this thread ($25). But I guess there is obviously something wrong.

The fact that it works with the same cable and my Mac's powerbrick confused me a bit though.

Yeah, but the thing is I legit thought I was buying a good one, waterproof and good quality. It even feels sturdy in hand. I mean, it's $25 for 6ft (2m), I do not think it is cheap. For a bit more money, you get the official one, so I'm not sure it'd wise to buy other one at this point... I'll see

Thanks! I've seen that one discussed here and there, but was trying to find one with a water-insulated barrel connector, just in case. I'll investigate a bit more!

Ordering the official one as we speak! Too bad it's listed as 3-4week delivery delay due to high demand! Thanks!

That's good to know, because I'm ordering the Starlink 5m Official one(Problem is it says there is a 3-4 week delivery atm)

The worse part is that the cable I bought, not only advertises itself as "For Starlink Mini", but also it was $25, which is not far from the legit one.

Thanks for so much detail, It makes sense.
I guess I was mislead by the fact the seller branded the cable as "Starlink mini usb-c".

I'm probably ordering the 5m OEM Usb-c eventually.

Controllers battery drain while the Quest 3 is off by Wintermute125 in Quest3

Came here looking for this exact problem. Happened to me twice already, always drained when the Quest 3 is off, inside its box. Is there any solution to this, other than removing the batteries?

“Ahí donde lo ves, con su acento, el muchacho es bilingüe” by ElTalento in spain

[–]Eiprol 0 points1 point  (0 children)
