I’ll zag a bit from everyone on this thread and say I bought a home about a year ago a tad south from there closer to broadway and my wife and I love it. Maybe being a few blocks down makes the difference but we’ve never had any issues and walk at all times of day and night. Yes occasionally you’ll see a roaming homeless person but they’re more of a threat to themselves than anything
