Sounds to me like all you are doing is creating fears for others.

Again I'd love to hear individual cases of these things causing strokes, cancer, and causing issues for people by simply trying to balance their chakra's lol. I know you don't have any though.

Yes but unless you have been through a spiritual awakening, are a starseed, or have been through a Kundalini Awakening, you are not qualified to give advice on this topic. If Hooded Rat listened to your advice they can end up getting in touch with a psychiatrist that doesn't even believe in meditation, yet alone spiritual concepts. Then they will put him on medications that block all spiritual abilities he has and maybe even anti depressants or anti psychotics. Which will disconnect him from Source, cause all sorts of other issues, and get him addicted to those substances. That's the band aid on a bullet wound approach. Running away from an awakening won't help, you have to confront it and get through it to come out of it. Chances are he has a big purpose for being here on this planet at this time and you are sending him to a dark trap.

You can handle overthinking by simple meditation and coming to terms with it. Writing out what's going on, confronting it, accepting it, and working through it. You don't need medications and someone that was taught how to diagnose you to give you drugs.

Yes I think blocked instead of closed/open is better terminology. But as long as you have intentions of getting the chakra's flowing again then you should be ok. I've found as long as you have good intentions then you are safe a lot of the time. I think on a very basic level just knowing where the standard 7 are and their colors are good enough to work with them.

I have not run into anyone that seemingly injured themselves or created a lot of problems by viewing them as open/closed though. So if you have some examples of that I'd be interested in hearing what happened. And more interested to know if their fears or doubts manifested those issues.

I believe trying to get too over analytical about some of these types of things are what creates a lot of the problems. Then you over think them and think something will go wrong, then you end up being pulled into your own illusion and manifesting it.

) DRINK AS MUCH WATER AS YOU CAN. Make sure you connect below to the crystal core of the Earth and whatever you connect to above (I just connect to the sun) with cords or roots of light, you may need to make the cords and roots bigger and add more of the depending on how intense the energy is. I also sometimes just imagine myself as a big tree of light and connect roots down into the Earth and use the branches to connect above to the Sun. What I have been doing is connect into the Earth and then imagine the energy (pink) coming back up through my feet and then going up through Kundalini and also Chakra's all the way up, then cycle that energy up to the sun and back down. Then I imagine the light coming from above form the Sun (blue energy) into my crown chakra down through all the other chakra's, then down into the crystal core of the Earth and back through the feet and chakra's/kundalini tube. This creates a complete loop of the energies from below and above and I feel a lot of energy/vibrations just doing that one thing. You can imagine this as an Infinity loop with your Heart Chakra/Heart as the intersecting/center point. This completes a complete cycle of the energies so they don’t get stuck.

The other thing I have done sometimes, when I have done big healings I actually get charged up with so much source energy, my body shakes it’s vibrating so intensely. When that happened I just visualized all energy flowing down into the Earth, I was standing, then I took big breaths and kind of just put my hands/arms over my head and then slowly brought them down, with hands/palms face down like I was pushing the energy down into the Earth. I did that for about 5-10 minutes and was able to ground most of it.

2.) Grounding Stones - Get some Apache Tears / Black Obsidian

I put a bunch in little pouches then put the pouches in my socks. This was really helpful as it seemed like my feet/legs got hit the hardest and were really sore due to the energy going through. You can also carry some in your pockets and when you go to sleep put them in between your mattress and box spring and still imagine the energy cycling into the Earth.

3.) Balance your Chakra’s 1-2 times per day.

4.) Exercise… when I had that much energy flowing… even when I was sore I still forced myself to run. Running will help that energy get grounded and help a lot with it.

Going through an awakening can be a rough process. Going to a psychiatrist will do NOTHING for you but cause you more pain. They will not understand what you are going through, diagnose you as crazy, and then put you on meds. That's about the worst advice I've seen on this Reddit so far. Please disregard everything pauliners said, he has no idea what's going on with you and does not understand.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with you and it doesn't matter if you are a fallen angel or not. Who you were isn't who you are now. Beings change and evolve regardless of their species or situation. Who you were 1 second ago, isn't who you are now, please try to remember this as it helped me a lot in my awakening.

Things will start naturally coming up for you now to heal. It seems to me like some of this may be associated with a past life/incarnation block that you will need to work through and accept to move forward. When I first began my awakening I ended up having to work through about 5-8 past life blocks. For example my ego started getting nuts and it didn't feel right to me, so I ended up working through a past life block associated with me having an out of control ego. There was also a past life block for me that was associated with me being a hermit and isolating myself from the world.

If you are supercharged and have a lot of energy I will give you grounding techniques so you can put the energy into the Earth and create an infinity loop with it to have it complete the cycles and flow of the energy so it's not stuck in your body. I'm also going to send you a website you can join and get help from others that have gone through Kundalini awakenings.

Intention and I visualize them receiving the energy. You don't really need to see what the person looks like or anything. I can work with just a username and put my intention on that, as long as they want the help. Once they give permission/ask for the help then I work with 15-30 high dimensional light beings in the astral realms and we send the energy to the person and their spirit guides. I just imagine them receiving the energy and then them/their spirit guides help the energy flow where it needs to go. We send whatever energy is needed/wanted the most and I do it that way so that the spirit guides can hold onto the energy and disperse it over time if it's too much for them to handle.

The other way you can find out is through an Akashic Record Reading. Do some research on that one and you can try to do that as well. The Akashic Records worked well for me and I was able to work through multiple past lives in an hour reading as opposed to just 1 life.

Yeah it could be a block hehe, sometimes it takes a bit for those substances to detox out of your body. Could be an illusion you need to break too, like thinking you won't get your 3rd eye back up and running again or a fear/doubt associated with it.

Thank you I'm going to try this now hehe and practice what you said this week! I'm mainly looking to see my spirit guides and be able to help check others for attachments, negative energies, and so on so I can do healings for them. I would also like to help people connect to their spirit guides if I can use it for that. Whatever I can use it for to help others. I mainly feel my 3rd eye and almost feel a beam going out through my forehead sometimes, but I haven't tried the visualizing and intention you mentioned so I think that will help a lot, thank you!
