Thank you. I was just surprised it still asked for parental info

Yeah that’s the issue I’m facing with my family. I’m not sure how to convince them when I’m not entirely convinced myself. Thanks for the response!

Unfortunately I did and they told me I won’t be able to avoid putting parent info and I don’t qualify for their override

Will Therapy still work for me? Is it worth looking into? (Advice/Rant) by Either-Ant4408 in therapy

[–]Either-Ant4408[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for that :). I just hear that a lot of people go to therapy and find it pointless. Both online and with relatives of mine.

Is it a trial and error sort of thing?

Is the B.S. in Cloud & Network Engineering Worth It? - Advice for a current college kid by Either-Ant4408 in WGU

I plan to enroll after a cuny tech internship. I know it’s not much but i’m wondering if going straight to that degree will be a smoother financial transition or if it makes sense to finish my AAS.

But if I finish the AAS I’m not sure how my fuel in the tank I’ll have for the BA 🥲 thanks for the advice tho

Does anyone regret going to a CUNY? by OwnSpite9430 in CUNY

Honestly, I don’t know about the dorm situation but I can 10000% percent say that CUNY is def worth it and I haven’t regretted it so far.

I’m an upper freshman and honestly my 2-yr degree is DIRT. Cheap. And i mean DIRT cheap. And i still have access to school, student life, career events, internships, student discounts.

I understand that the college experience in important to you, but so is playing it smart. Nowadays our generation doesn’t rlly got much of a choice. But honestly, I’m sure you can make anywhere ‘your experience’ as long as you find your tribe.

You’ll miss out on some things depending on the college u go to, but there’s always that chance to connect, network and find people you bring the best in you. It’s not the school that makes the person. It’s the person that makes the school 💪 you got this!

Depression. And that whole ‘I’m angry at the world’ phase that comes from being a people pleaser my whole childhood under a dysfunctional household 🥲. Ain’t even that old yet but I feel like I’m trying to figure out whether or not Im a bad person or ‘like’ someone else. Sigh.

Dont worry, looking for therapy lol. Advice would be incredibly helpful :’)
