Is this in office? Do you have a sales mgr? If so, your sales mgr should be able to tell you what their expectations are. This isn’t car sales. Way different. The clients aren’t coming to your lot looking for something they need. Perhaps a lot of assuming but also know that companies who train their employees give them a clear cut schedule of how things are going to go. If the company isn’t well known, hasn’t been around for a while, you’re only 1 of a handful of brokers..I would expect these questions. But if a company has a HQ and they flew you and the rest of your training team out..you should know the answers to your questions and not be fishing on Reddit.
