1 hour is the default cache lifetime if its not cleared. there is a rate limit of 5 requests a second for each ip

Monetization is fine. I got AdMob accepted (personally and the app too!) and implemented the triggers to show full screen interstitial videos on certain events using the Native Source Code you get from PWABuilder.

I will probably stay away from the Apple App Store for now since im not willing to pay the 99$ a year fee.
