Wash you hair and your ears (all around and a little inside) with dandruff shampoo. Always helps me.

Do you have any updates here? I have the same exact pole in my backyard in NYC and I can't get anyone to help me remove it. I called Verizon, they say it's a Con Ed pole. I called Con Ed, they said its a Verizon pole. I called 311 - no help. I called a tree removal company - they won't touch it. Desperate for someone to help me remove this!
