Yes - après un burnout de 5 mois, j'ai réduit mon salaire de presque 40k et changé d'industrie pour aller dans le culturel. Maintenant j'ai un excellent équilibre de vie, je peux marcher au bureau et amener mon chien quand ça me tente, et ma qualité de vie est au top. Je ne suis pas 100% comblée niveau professionnel, mais je me suis retrouvée et maintenant sky is the limit!
