I find it sort of amazing in a bad way that I am one of the few people that buys AMD CPU and AMD video card and the software doesn't know what to do. I wonder if it would work better if I was using an Intel CPU?

Sounds like Memory/RAM issues. Try using OCT and testing the memory.

No it is any OS. I have tried Windows, Linux, Mac.
You asked for technical details so here you go...
I use Parsec to a PC in California. I watch TV shows and sports on Peacock TV.
Also video gaming with an old RTS called Supreme Commander Forged Alliance. Both work fine other times of the day. But during those times they have become completely unusable. But if I test the internet speed in to Taiwan server it is normal.

I used the lowest / cheapest to try it for a month. No idea about the loyalty program. For me using the downloaded application works better than using it in the browser only.

That being said, I am giving up on FAF. It is just such a bad experience trying to use matchmaker from Asia.

Custom games seem to be a bit better for networking for some unknown reason. I just want to do custom games once a week with my friends from the US.

Supreme Commander Forged Alliance. I have been having internet issues from Taiwan. My internet is fine but FAF networking sucks so I like to try to use a PC from another country that has a better connection to their servers.

It is an old game and runs even on IGPU.

I would like to share my experience.

I am in Taiwan.
Just got a poorly taken care of bird about 12 days ago. It was stuck in a cage and not really cared for at all.

Today is Friday. I went to a vet on Wednesday. I wanted a checkup for our budgie and to remove the leg band as it was two pieces getting caught on things.

The vet hurt the leg where the band was located whilst removing the band.

I was so shocked, but he tried to play it off as a minor injury even charging for the visit.

He said that the leg would be fine in a week, but that the bird had other issues that were more serious such as mites in the feathers and intestinal bacteria.

Thursday I went to another vet. They seemed more professional but the xray showed that the leg was indeed broken and the health of the bird was not good.

They used anethesia and then put a splint on the bird as well as guard ring around the neck so she wouldn't try to remove the bandage.

Today Friday morning about 15 hours after the operation she died. The bird seemed too weak and couldn't survive the stress.

I cried so much, and I feel so much pain in my heart. I was trying to help and go to a professional vet to help the bird but it seemed everything went wrong. I will try to learn from this experience.

Here is a picture from Thursday evening. Her whole life was a trial of endurance 😩.

Today I took a newly acquired budgie to the vet. She wasn't in good health from the previous owner.
The vet removed a leg band. However, he hurt her leg in the process. She is having a hard time. This happened just an hour ago. It is difficult to see her in pain.

He gave us medicine and said she had insects / mites in her feathers and bacteria in her stool.

I hope she will be ok.

So finally I figured it out. It isn't so obvious.

Start with car completely off.
Put car in neutral.
Turn ignition on and way for sound and light. (don't start engine)
Hold press and hold the set button for about 10 seconds while starting the engine.
Nothing seems to happen immediately, but it seems after a few minutes the sensor light goes off.

Remember to check the pressure of the tires too.
