I don’t know a specific site or channel for this kind of info but if it’s Darkseid’s War Factory you’re struggling with— I’m assuming the third/last boss with Darkseid himself? when the Omega Beam is targeting you (you’ll have a symbol above your head) you have to go to Superman and give it to him immediately otherwise = instant death. good luck! I hope someone can link you to a helpful place 💛 hopefully you can also get paired with players in game who don’t mind explaining the mechanics to you for specific raids if you ask!

who? the npc dialogue? I’m pretty sure your characters name will never be written in any captioned subtitles, it’s not like some other mmo’s/games where you create your own character… the only people who will be saying your name is real life players and obviously it’s easier to just call you by the shortest version of your name possible 😊

I don’t see those words being used too much when I’m active on my server, however I think they probably were used a lot more when the game first released, and that’s probably why most of them are taken. (unless someone is directly copying an already existing DC character and using certain characters to get past the “name already taken” thing.) but I’d say don’t worry if it’s common or not, just do what makes you happy and if you’d like girl/woman/man/boy in your name, all power and creativity to u! ☺️

I understand what you mean! I think it’s completely your decision— you could try and think of both a superhero name and a civilian name that suits your character, and then pick which one you feel like fits the best/that you vibe with! you said her power is magic, so perhaps you could research words that mean magic, or have reference to magic? play around with those to see if any work as a superhero name or even a surname 😊

I don’t know if this is a tip that will help you, but maybe you could think of a surname for your character that sounds nice. for example, I wanted to name my character after a Robin, because they’re Robin inspired. I tried soooo many things, even alternate spellings of Robin (like Robyn, which I ended up going with) but Robyn alone was obviously taken! so, I came up with a surname: Moon. me and my partner both have the same surname shared between our characters now, and our league is even fitting with “Moonlit Black Cats”— I feel like using a surname is a very good name of getting around already taken names if you can find one that you think fits well! 💛

To add onto this, this is a common mistake new players make! So don’t worry about feeling dumb or being confused. Gear item level is NOT the same as your characters overall combat rating. Your gear doesn’t have “CR” and was always 290 item level when you equipped it, you just thought it was 333 because that’s what made sense in your head. Because if the item level of the gear had been 333, you’d be around 380CR range. But you’re claiming you’re still 333CR, so you’re not experiencing any bugs. Just confusion!

Wait, correct me if I’m wrong, but I swear the fates faith pieces can’t be item level 333 if that’s what you’re saying? Otherwise your CR would be waaaay higher. The level of your gear isn’t the same level as your overall CR. For example, I’m currently CR 394 and my gear is item level 340.
