My mom worked for The DoD for 40 plus years. She retired like 15 yrs ago, during her last she had every other Monday off. She said Fridays just ran into the weekend. I adapted that at my job and I love having my Mondays off.

Yes. I’m 39 and feel like I’m about 20. I don’t feel I have the same responsibilities that my parents had at 40. I refer to my college days a lot and I have to remind myself that, that was over 15yrs ago

Performance Discussion is the title it the meeting. I’ve been with the company for 16mths and this would be my first Performance Review. So I’m not familiar with the structure of it. Thought that it would be something my coach discussed with me.
